At Fonezone.me, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept return or exchange of sold product(s) within seven (7) days from the date of collection or home delivery of the product(s), subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • The product(s) must be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice.
  • The product(s) must be in unused and unopened condition, including all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free-of-cost (FOC)/bundled products, and promotional vouchers.

Return & Exchange Will Not Be Applicable If:

  • The packaging is incomplete, damaged, or scratched.
  • The device has an activation/password lock enabled, including:
    • Find My iPhone (FMIP)
    • Find My Mobile (FMM)
    • Find My Device (FMD)
  • VAT has already been refunded against the invoice.
  • The packaging has minor soiling or has been opened and the product is not defective, unused, with no visible scratches or marks on the product or packaging.

In such cases, the product may still be accepted subject to a restocking fee of a minimum 15% or as applicable at the time of return or exchange.


Refund Policy

  • All approved refunds shall be processed after deduction of 15% of the invoice value or SAR 150, whichever is higher.
  • Shipping, delivery, service, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the customer.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping charges (if any) will also be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Product(s) purchased using credit/debit cards will be refunded only to the same credit/debit card used during the transaction.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Defective Products

Products that are:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Not functioning as per operational manual
  • Falling short of declared specifications

may qualify for exchange or return.

  • The process may take up to seven (7) business days.
  • Return/Exchange will be completed only after investigation and technical evaluation/report.

Data Responsibility

If the returned product contains any personal data or information stored in its memory/storage, Fonezone.me shall not be responsible for:

  • Transfer of such data to another product, or
  • Any loss of data remaining on the returned product.

Customers are advised to back up and remove all personal data before returning the product.


Delivery Inspection Requirement

Customers must inspect the product(s) prior to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document and before the delivery agent leaves.

Any claims regarding damaged or broken product(s) reported after acceptance/signing of delivery shall not qualify for:

  • Return & Exchange
  • Warranty claims

Extended Warranty / Damage Protection Plans

Extended warranty and damage protection plans are eligible for return only if the product(s) are returned during the manufacturer warranty period.


Final Decision

Fonezone.me Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, exchange, and refund requests in accordance with the above policy.
