Warranty Terms & Conditions:

By engaging in transactions on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to furnish accurate, current, and comprehensive purchase and account details. It is imperative to maintain the accuracy of your account information, including email addresses and expiry dates, to facilitate seamless transactions and communication.

Any disputes arising from or pertaining to this website shall be governed by the laws of KSA, with the United Arab Emirates serving as our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering as users on this website and are restricted from conducting transactions or utilising its services.

Payment Security:

When making payments for our products or services online, the information requested will be securely transmitted to our payment provider via an encrypted connection. The cardholder is advised to retain transaction records and familiarise themselves with merchant policies and regulations.

We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in  AED/DHS/SAR


Our warranty period extends to 12 months from the date of receipt, covering the main device. Repair of defective products typically takes 5-10 working days from the date of return to our warehouse.

Warranty will be void if the device sustains damage from accidents, water, fire, voltage fluctuations, or any unauthorised service.

Exclusions from warranty coverage include batteries, LCDs, covers, cables, and chargers.

Warranty will also be void if the device's serial number or IMEI is removed or defaced, or if the customer fails to provide proof of purchase or delivery.

Infections by viruses or use of unauthorised software will also invalidate the warranty.

The warranty is not applicable if the product has been opened or serviced by a third party not authorised by us.

Any damage caused by the customer, such as screen breakage, water damage, or dust accumulation, is not covered under warranty.

If the product incurs damage by the customer, we can provide an estimate for repairs. Upon customer approval, we will undertake the necessary repairs and arrange for shipment back to the customer, with shipping charges borne by the customer.

Governing Law:

This User Agreement is subject to UAE law and will remain in force following the expiration or termination of this agreement for any reason.

Additional Statements:

- "Visa and MasterCard in SAR and AED will be accepted for payment."

- "We will not engage in trade or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries."
