FoneZone – Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

At FoneZone, we provide a Lifetime Warranty on all our refurbished and renewed mobile devices. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and ensures long-term peace of mind for our customers.

 


1. Warranty Coverage

The FoneZone Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

If a device experiences an internal failure due to a manufacturing defect, FoneZone will repair or replace the device at no additional cost.

Pickup & Drop Charges:-

 (Charges apply only after the first 7 days. Within 7 days, pickup & drop is free.)

  • UAE: AED 25

  • KSA: SAR 150 + applicable taxes & customs

  •  India: INR 500 

  • Rest of the world - $50 + applicable taxes & customs


2. What Is NOT Covered

The following issues are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty:

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Physical or cosmetic wear & tear

  • Physical damage 

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts

  • Device modification, jailbreak, rooting, or tampering

Accidental Warranty – Repair Policy

Under the accidental warranty, each specific issue is eligible for one (1) free repair claim only.

  • First Claim (for a specific issue):
    Customer will be charged pickup fees only. Parts and service charges will be covered under the warranty.

  • Second Claim (for the same issue):
    If the same issue occurs again, the customer will be required to pay pickup charges + parts cost + service charges, even if the accidental warranty is still active.

The free repair benefit applies only once per specific issue under the accidental warranty coverage.


3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact FoneZone Support through official email or WhatsApp with proof of purchase.

  2. Submit the device for technical inspection.

  3. Our technicians will assess whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

  4. If approved, the device will be repaired or replaced with no extra cost for the service.

  5. Pickup/drop charges will apply as per the policy for claims made after 7 days.

If the issue is not covered, FoneZone may offer a paid repair option based on availability of parts.

 


4. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

  • Cosmetic imperfections at the time of purchase (minor scratches or marks) do not affect usage and are not covered.

  • Warranty does not cover data loss. Customers must back up data before submitting the device.

  • Warranty will be void if unauthorized internal repairs, battery replacements, or software modifications are detected.

  • Replacement devices (if applicable) may be of the same model or a model of similar value depending on availability.


5. Liability Disclaimer

FoneZone is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data during inspection or repair

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues arising from customer mishandling or environmental factors

  • Taxes, duties, or customs charges for international shipping of warranty claims

  • KSA: SAR 150 + taxes & customs

(Pickup & drop is free within the first 7 days of purchase.)

How Claims Work:

Contact FoneZone with your invoice → Device inspection → Free repair if it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Pickup charges will be applicable 7 days after the purchase
