At Fonezone, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping journey, including dependable shipping and timely deliveries. Please familiarise yourself with our shipping and delivery policies outlined below:

Saudi Arabia ,Qatar, Kuwait, Dubai,Oman :

-Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 days (150 AED).

  - Additional product: 75 AED per item.

- Express Shipping: delivery within 3 to 4 working days (200 AED).

  - Additional product: 100 AED per item

- Urgent  Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 3-4  working days (200 AED).

  - Additional product: 100 AED per item.

Important Notes:

- Orders placed after Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday for both Urgent and Standard shipping options.

- Shipping times are subject to stock availability. Fonezone reserves the right to cancel orders if any product is unavailable.

- Delivery may experience delays due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Orders for Urgent delivery received after 12 PM will be processed the next working day.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

- Customers are responsible for any applicable custom duties.
